Technical Retail Services Limited was formed in 1998 with the aim of providing high quality Refrigeration, Mechanical and Electrical Installations. The business is owned and operated by Directors who have gained significant experience in the Industry.
Leading by example, the Directors set out to create a new standard of quality in the industry – in essence, the TRS standard.
Each project is given the care and attention needed at every stage of the process. From the pre-tender stage through to project handover each stage is carried out in a professional manner that has become the hallmark of TRS projects.
With every new project being delivered to the TRS standard the business has gained a strong reputation within the industry. This has been reflected in the repeat business from our existing clients and the addition of new clients attracted to the business by the word-of-mouth references from retailers and suppliers within the industry.
Not standing still, TRS has maintained its position of being at the forefront of the industry in respect of its commitments to training and safety. Taking care of TRS people has been a key component in the success of the business to date and this is reflected in the low attrition rate of people leaving our business.
Operating on a truly national basis, TRS has the geographical reach to deliver all Refrigeration, Mechanical and Electrical activities across the UK. Our engineering infrastructure of Field Service Engineers, Installation Engineers and Commissioning Engineers all fully co-ordinated and supported by our state-of-the-art Help Desk at our head office in Glasgow.
