TRS launch a National Help Desk based at its head office in Glasgow

TRS has made a significant investment in the creation of a National Help Desk based at its head office in Glasgow.

Eileen Donnelly, has been recruited to the newly-created position of National Help Desk Manager and will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the function.

Eileen has gained considerable experience in recent years running the Help Desk provision for 2 National multi-site contractors.

TRS plans to employ 12 full-time staff and is looking to add a Refrigeration Remote Monitoring function that will be monitored by a full-time Refrigeration technician.
