Over the past 8 years TRS Electrical has delivered a significant number of Service and Maintenance contracts across the UK ranging from basic small works repairs to minor electrical projects to legislative checks.
TRS arrange to meet with each client to discuss the site-specific requirements before designing a Service and Maintenance plan that is tailor-made for each site.
Every planned activity is logged at our National Help Desk in Glasgow and our team of Service Controllers plan the work activity on a monthly basis ensuring that each client is aware when the planned maintenance is due and when an engineer is due to attend.
We understand that not all Service and Maintenance activity can be carried out during normal working hours as trade may be affected so we offer out-of-hour coverage that suits any client who may need to carry our repairs or small installations after trading has finished.
