We have an exemplary track record for site Health and Safety across the range of Projects we have delivered over many years and have continued to ensure our communication and methodology remain up-to-date with current practice and legislation.
Additionally, as our employee numbers have grown in recent years we have had to refine the methods we use to deliver many aspects of Health and Safety from the basic Tool Box Talks through to the delivery of IOSH management training programmes.

Health and Safety is addressed in a number of ways at TRS. Every new employee undertakes a Health and Safety assessment at their induction. Employees are provided with updates as part of their annual appraisal and internal and external training is provided as part of job-specific roles within our business.
